1. Acceptance

By creating an account on app.creativision.fr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service description

WebDev LeadGen is a SaaS platform for local lead generation: it scans, scores, and helps you engage local businesses identified via public data (Google Places, official registries, etc.).

3. User account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You warrant the information you provide is accurate. One account per natural or legal person.

4. Acceptable use

• No spam: emails sent via the platform must comply with GDPR, local commercial-email laws (LCEN in France, CAN-SPAM in the US, etc.), and provider anti-spam policies (Gmail, etc.).
• No illegal scraping of the platform itself.
• No use to harass, defraud, or break the law.
• Respect your plan quotas.

5. Intellectual property

The code, design, and WebDev LeadGen brand remain our property. Public business data is not covered — it comes from public sources. AI-generated email drafts belong to you.

6. Pricing & payment

Free plan: 5 scans / month. Paid plans are monthly or annual, charged in advance. Cancel anytime; the service stays active until the end of the paid period.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We don't warrant the accuracy of third-party data (Google, registries, etc.).

8. Termination

You can close your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend an account for ToS violation with reasonable notice, except in emergencies.

9. Governing law

French law applies. Competent courts: Paris commercial courts for B2B disputes; consumer's home court for consumers.
